![]() Other versions used more common techniques, such as waiting for mouse movement and measuring the length of time the system remained idle. One version of the crypter waited until the currently active window changed three times before proceeding, otherwise it remained in a permanent sleep state. Next, in an effort to foil detection by sandbox environments, these crypters check for activities suggestive of being executed on a normal endpoint system. First, the Windows API calls they included in the code are commonly used by applications with graphical user interfaces This makes a sample more likely to appear to be benign when executed in a sandbox or scanned by endpoint anti-virus and may slow down code-based analysis. The Delphi crypters described by FireEye researchers used various techniques to attempt to remain undetectable. This is due to the fact that each Delphi command or function requires a lot of assembly code, greatly increasing the volume of code needing to be studied or debugged. It also has the added benefit, which may seem counter-intuitive, that it can be more difficult to perform code-based reverse engineering on. This fact means code development is quicker, easier and requires less skill and experience than other programming languages. ![]() ![]() Delphi is a so-called “high level” programming language, similar to the inimitable BASIC, in that it uses a syntax closer to a spoken language, rather than machine language. Delphi has been used to write numerous malware and continues to be used. Crypters are often sold with guarantees of being undetectable by anti-virus products and, increasingly, by sandboxes.ĭelphi is a programming language, initially an evolution of Turbo Pascal, first released by Borland in 1995 for Windows 3.1. Malware authors then pass the final malicious payload to the code generator which then creates the crypted executable, similar in concept to zipping a file and creating a self-extracting zip file. The stub is the component which decrypts and loads the actual malicious code. Crypters such as these will be sold with a code generator which uses a unique stub. Crypters have been used for a number of years to not only compress, but to make malware samples more difficult to detect and reverse engineer.Ĭrypters used by malware authors are generally sold on dark web forums, purchased with cryptocurrency.

I've never seen bottled or pre-mixed sauces ever. Without exception, gyooza is always served with a little tray of soy sauce, vinegar and chili oil. Having spent a number of years living in Tokyo as a university student and trying to live and eat as cheaply as possible, one spends an inordinate amount of time in "chukka ryooriya" (Chinese food restaurants) which are not the nice fancy ones with white table cloths, but are more like small, hole-in-the-wall mom-and-pop shops (which are on practically every corner in a college town) whose menus are usually stir-frys and ramens and a variety of sides like fried rice and gyoozas (potstickers). Just a minor thought if you happen to like garlic - it's perfectly fine to use some in dipping. Have you thought about possibly using a bit of chopped garlic/garlic powder? I've seen it in some of the ingredient lists of the bottled dipping sauces. Chili oil/sauce - that depends, even Sriracha would work well if you like that flavor a few drops of that would do. I would skip the cottonseed oil and just use sesame seed oil - a few drops of good quality sesame seed oil (Kadoya brand, for example) is good enough. You may want to dilute it also I just made it and it tasted quite strong to me, may want a bit more sugar than 1:1:1. Start from there, and adjust as you see fit. ![]() I don't know the exact ratios, but you can always start with a ratio of 1:1:1 of soy sauce (Kikkoman would do just fine here), rice vinegar (not shaoxing, that's a wine and not a vinegar I would recommend Chinkiang/Zhenjiang black rice vinegar, but any rice vinegar should do fine), and sugar. I haven't had that specific sauce before, but I've had similar sauces (FYI, if you want to buy the sauce without buying the potstickers, you can buy them in small bottles in Asian food stores). Again, even though there is a list of ingredients, they can vary wildly in flavor and there may be a prep step I don't know about. I don't know if that affects the taste or not, though. Such as the sodium benzoate for preserving. I also know that some ingredients are used commercially and aren't needed for home cooking. So the water to caramel color are ingredients for the soy sauce. ![]() *On the ingredients list, I assume the ingredients in parenthesis are supposed to be the components of the one ingredient that preceeds it. SOY SAUCE (WATER, SALT, HYDROLYZED SOY PROTEIN, MOLASSES, CARAMEL COLOR) SUGAR, VINEGAR, CHILI SAUCE (JALAPENO PUREE, CHILI FLAKE, CRUSHED GARLIC, VEGETABLE OIL, SUGAR, VINEGAR, MODIFIED FOOD STARCH) COTTONSEED OIL, SESAME SEED OIL, SODIUM BENZOATE (PRESERVATIVE). I've added the Ling Ling pot sticker ingredients below if anyone has a recipe that gets very close to one of these sauces or can help me replicate it, I'd appreciate it. I've seen some sauces where you boil some of the liquid with corn starch before adding other ingredients. I even went so far as to get the ingredient list off the bottle which gives me a head start, but doesn't convey amounts or preparation methods. They used to just sell bottles of the sauce for dipping or marinating. My question is, does anyone have a recipe or know what the main ingredients are to make a dipping sauce like these? I don't know what I'm missing. They're perfectly adequate, but not what I'm looking for. I've seen and tried a few recipes for the dipping sauces, but I can't ever find one that's like the Ling Ling dipping sauce or any of the others. Sadly, there is never enough included in the frozen packages and I've recently decided to start making my own pot stickers. There is a great tang, so I assume it's got vinegar. I would guess its mostly soy sauce, but I don't taste a lot of salt, so I assume its balance out with something. It's hard to describe, but I'm sure a lot of you out there have tried it. I've tried different brands and they all have a similar dipping sauce. I love them steamed, but even better deep fried. ![]() This nimble unit gets a 10 per cent movement speed increase with single-handed weapons, and their dash cooldown is decreased by 50 per cent, giving the Man at Arms fantastic manoeuvrability for evading attacks. Playable at Level 4, the Man at Arms is the best unit for beginners to use while still being able to influence the battle. The undisputed best subclass of the Footman is the Man at Arms. So, the Field Engineer ranks as the second-best Footman subclass in Chivalry II. The Field Engineer beats the Poleman to second place primarily because of the huge impact an effective Field Engineer can have on the battlefield compared to the Poleman. Furthermore, the Field Engineer can also deal 100 per cent extra damage to breakables, enabling you to forge paths through enemy defences with ease. Reviving teammates will heal you for 25 per cent of your health, so be aware of your allies running into trouble. This subclass benefits from some fairly strong support buffs to add to their chest of defensive structures. Unlocked at level seven, the Field Engineer is definitely for the more experienced players to try due to the more complex playstyle needed to succeed as this subclass. The Field Engineer has one of the most niche builds in Chivalry II this unit lives and breathes to support the army on the battlefield. Still, due to their user-friendliness, it seems to make their builds among the more basic in the game, which leaves the Poleman in third place for the best Footman subclasses in Chivalry II. The Poleman’s weapons allow you to get involved without leaving yourself vulnerable, and its survivability is increased dramatically by the Bandage Kit. This unit is a good starting point for beginners to get to grips with the game. The Poleman can also lay down Spike Traps to slow down the enemy, furthering their ability as a support unit. The combination of special attacks and sprint damage boost make the Poleman great for charging into the enemy lines and breaking their formations, all while adding support to your team via Bandage Kits. Tin HiFi provides a high-end, silver-plated, braided cable in the box that transmits sound beautifully and detaches from the earbuds so you can replace it if it fails over time. The dual-driver design means that the 10-millimeter woofer allows for plenty of bass support, while the 6-millimeter tweeter picks up in the higher end of the spectrum-delivering well-balanced sound. Designed in the classic red/blue color scheme with shiny, reflective metal shells, these earbuds look and feel tremendous. In the wired earbud space, Tin HiFi is a bit of a cult classic, and the T2 is an excellent example of the value the brand's headphones can provide. Another approach is taken by Prince of Persia: Sands of Time. Chrono Trigger, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and Onimusha 3 all follow the basic concept of manipulating persons or objects in the past to achieve your goals in the present. Some RPG or adventure games have experimented with time causalities, where your actions in one time period aid to your advancement in the future. However, most of these games share one common characteristic: time travel is merely used as a plot device, while games that incorporate the flow of time into their gameplay are rather few and far between in comparison. Be it simple visits as a mere spectator without influence, like Charles Dickens' Christmas Carol, the "visitor from the past", like the British medieval wizard Catweazle, or elaborate cause-effect constructs about the manipulation of the flow of time like the Back to the Future trilogy - people have always obsessed over the idea of changing one's past, killing Hitler, or getting an outlook on the future. ![]() Time travel stories hold an universal appeal to mankind. ![]() Now that Marquise Brown is with the Arizona Cardinals, there are plenty of targets up for grabs that figure to head Bateman's way. In the end, I chose the Leap, but it was truly an agonizing choice and I was on the fence until the last minute. But then I tested the Leap, and I ended up having to choose between two very close contenders. It won my heart, and I was genuinely sorry when I had to take it back to the store. After rejecting an unreasonable number of them, I had the chance to borrow a Steelcase Please for two weeks. So I kept borrowing chairs from high-end dealers, hoping I would find one I liked. Of course, as you know from my review, it quickly turned out the non-adjustable lumbar support was excessive, and the thickly padded seat got much too hot in normal use. So the first chair I took home for a spin was a Gesture. The Gesture was the new and shiny model it seemed to offer better lumbar support and the salesman really talked up the intriguing, almost infinitely adjustable armrests. Still, after an initial in-store test, it did not blow me away. The Leap has certainly stood the test of time, having been in production since 1999 (albeit with some changes). If you were to make a chart of all-time best-selling high-end chairs, the Leap would almost certainly occupy a (distant) second place after Herman Miller’s Aeron, that mainstay of Silicon Valley startups. ![]() It is Steelcase’s best-known chair and their biggest sales hit.
